A Legacy of Excellence in Law

Founded in 1946 by John ("J.P.") O'Neill, our firm has served the Bankstown community and greater Sydney for over 75 years. What began as one man's commitment to his community has grown into a trusted institution spanning three generations.

When Terence O'Neill took the reins from his father in 1969, he continued building the firm's reputation for excellence. In 1983, his brother Michael joined the practice, and today serves as principal solicitor — one of only four lawyers in New South Wales holding dual accreditation in both Wills & Estates Law and Property Law, and the only such specialist in the Bankstown district.

We continue to offer the same personal, client-focused service that has defined the firm from the beginning.
